Text message programs

Text messages from Daymark Recovery Services

Daymark Recovery Services operates two separate text-message programs. They use different sending numbers and have different sign-up methods. Details of each are below.

Program 1

Secure Document Link Program

Daymark Recovery Services may send you a transactional text message you have agreed to receive — for example, a secure notice that a document is ready for you to review or sign. We never send marketing texts, and these messages do not contain health information.

A message contains only a private link meant for you. Opening it asks you to confirm your identity before anything is shown, and the link expires after the time noted in the message. Please don't forward or share it.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to stop messages from this number.
Program 2

Daymark Recovery Services Staff Operational Alerts

Daymark Recovery Services employees may voluntarily subscribe through their authenticated Daymark Recovery Services account to receive recurring operational text alerts. Messages may include facility closures, severe-weather updates, system outages, and staffing or coverage notices.

Staff Alerts do not contain client, patient, clinical, treatment, appointment, or other protected health information.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Employees can manage individual alert groups through their Daymark Recovery Services account. Reply HELP for help or STOP to stop all messages from the Staff Alerts number.

Staff Alerts and Secure Document Links use separate sending numbers. Opting out of one program does not opt you out of the other.
